Hi Javiheat,
whats the output of the tmsh command:
- tmsh show sys raid - tmsh show sys raid disk
Furthemore check the kernel.log if you find messages wchis are related to a hardware issue i.e.:
ata1.00: exception Emask 0x0 SAct 0x1 SErr 0x0 action 0x0 ata1.00: irq_stat 0x40000008 ata1.00: failed command: READ FPDMA QUEUED ata1.00: cmd 60/08:00:fb:d9:ed/00:00:03:00:00/40 tag 0 ncq 4096 in res 41/40:00:fb:d9:ed/00:00:03:00:00/40 Emask 0x409 (media error)
- run a "smartctl -a /dev/+hdd (i.e. sda/sdb)
At keast you can run a qkview and open a support case. There is a chance that backplane may go an issue and a HDD replacement not solving your problem and the unit needs to be replaced.
cheers, steigman
i assume you got your new harddrive through f5 support? if so just continue working with them on this.
if you haven't good luck with getting support on this in the future.
