F5 - ASM - INTERMITTENT CONNECTIVITY TO APPLICATIONS

I am having a peculiar issue with F5 ASM. Running a code of 13.0, couple of issues were reported with intermittent access to certain applications. ASM memory utilization did not cross more than 50% and packet captures did not see much of traffic drops. After rebooting the ASM's everything came back to normal and intermittent issues were resolved. qkview logs did not show any issues. Any help or suggestions would really help.
