External connection via F5 keeping dropping - intermittently

Hello All, I have an issue where connection from any VM or physical servers behind our F5 keeps dropping or timing out. Sometime page will load sometime it will just say "page cannot be displayed". ...

Figured out issue, it was to do with NIC teaming. It was only allowed to ping even IP address and not the odd ones.

 

Still need to config the switch to setup link-agg
