External connection via F5 keeping dropping - intermittently

Hello All, I have an issue where connection from any VM or physical servers behind our F5 keeps dropping or timing out. Sometime page will load sometime it will just say "page cannot be displayed". ...

Can I assume the F5 is the default gateway out to the world for these VMs? Can you elaborate on your current configuration? What do the VMs point to for DNS?
