External Access to Email Arcive Application

Hello everyone: I have one application need to publish and access from outside, I did below configuration but still not working, please find below scenario and appreciate your usual quick support.

 

I did the configuration as per you above steps: 1- one pool created with 4 members.

 

2- one VS created with privet public IP (172.x.x.x) and the pool assigned to it.

 

3- access profile configured and assigned to VS.

 

4- the URL Public IP (195.x.x.x) NAT to VS IP (172.16.x.x)

 

5- Firewall rule configured between source (Flouting & Self IPs) and destination (Pool members).

 

current result as below:

 

from firewall the traffic allowed, but still the VS and pool members showing inactive (red color). BTW I compared the configuration with other existing application it is same configuration. Please can you advice.
