Exchange 2013 LB External users

We go to configure f5 TM for exchange 2013 external users.

 

Our F5 connected with 2 arm setup. One arm connected with LAN and one arm connected with DMZ.

 

For LAN users we have import the exchange app template and provide LAN IP for virtual server,After that from the LAN load balance is started working. But we have no idea for external user,

 

Pls confirm for external user we need to create one more virtual server OR we can user the same LAN Virtual server? Kindly advise as to configure LB for external users (Mobile Active Sync, OWA)

    You can get them to use the internal VS - if you upstream NATing/firewall allows. I would guess, however, that it would be better security to terminate in the DMZ so a new VS for external users. Just my thoughts.
