Exam retake

Hi, Please I'd like to know if I qualify for a retake of the F5-101 exam. I just completed the exam with a final score of 64. What are the conditions or retake policy for this exam?   Thank you....

What is the retake policy?

Second attempt: must wait 15 days to retake
Third attempt: must wait 30 days to retake
Fourth attempt: must wait 45 days and complete a retake allowance form
Fifth attempt: must wait two years and retake any prerequisite exams
