Event ID 801: Unable to update collection rules due to data failure

I recently deployed the F5 MP version 3.1.0.83. I have successfully discovered 2 F5 devices, i have applied overrides to enable LTM performance collection rules on a 5 minute interval. The diagram view is only partially populated and there is no performance data on these devices. The F5 devices were discovered about 16 hours ago. In the F5 Monitoring Log there are event ID 801 every 5 minutes which matches my overrides.

 

Event ID 801:

 

Unable to update collection rules due to data failure: -2147467259: Crawler RuleOverrideCrawler`2 was not successfully initialized: Rule override

"Cannot target class type: F5.MonitoringService"

 

The target class is valid. Does this mean the device has not fully been discovered?

 

Any idea how to resolve this issue?
