I'm trying to create a new APM server with the iAPP f5.microsoft_exchange_2010_2013_cas.v1.2.0 (the lastest version) to provide access to my Exchange 2013 CAS

You need one more change, this time on the presentation side, to fool the iApp into thinking the version is 11.1. Replace

return [expr {$cnum >= 11020000}]return 0I should add that the cause of the missing APM system iRule is that you do not have APM licensed, as Michael suggested above in this post.
