Error When Install the Certificate to F5
Hi, if you export the certificate from Windows Probably the Certificate is DER Decoded, Try to Export it again using Base-64 option. Hope it helped...

I will try to help, i had a similar issue when i try to upload the CA certificate, i need some more details about the Cert. is it a Signed Certificate which you send to CA from the same Machine (CSR) ?

Yes, the CSR was generated from the same F5 BIG-IP device.

Hi Phaneath, just to be sure, is the file extension is .CER & did you try to paste the CER Text to the "Text" option ?

The extension file is .CRT and I have tried as text option, but it's still the same error. Does it required for .CER file?
