Error: VS clone pool member must be directly connected to this machine

I am receiving the following error when creating a virtual server:

 

 

01070361:3: VS pdml clone pool pdml_pool member 192.168.1.22 must be directly connected to this machine

 

 

The nodes are attached via ethernet switches.
