Error on F5
Hi,
Good day! I am trying to access F5 via Internet Explorer / Google Chrome and I am getting the below error message:
You have failed the antivirus check and these are the possible reasons. 1. Please ensure the antivirus definition is not more than 20 days. 2. No antivirus software installed. 3. Unsupported antivirus software.
I was trying to resolve this issue by doing the following steps below: 1. I am in windows 10 and using windows defender as antivirus (up to date) - didn't work 2. I tried to download an antivirus Mcafee - didn't work 3. clear cache on both browsers and restart laptop - didn't work.
Please help and advise what to do. Thanks in advance!

Can you try to access F5 in incognito mode browser or IP address...

I tried to access it in incognito and still the same. How to i connect via ip address?
