NimbostratusError: Not Found SSL VPN Device
If client encounte the error "Not Found SSL VPN Device" when connect to vpn, i can not fix this error even delete and reinstall all modules, and only can fix this error by reinstalling windows OS.
If I install F5 activeX with one power users account, it will return one error "create device error", and login with one administrators account, and reinstall all F5 activeX, but the error "Not Found SSL VPN Device" is always happened, I have done same operation on 5 PC, all are same. I have to reinstall OS to fix this problem.
Who can help me to fix this error? thank you for advance.
- To reinstall or uninstall VPN driver you can use https://firepass.name/vdesk/terminal/urvpn.exe from your server.

We had similar issue for our users in China. Tried https://firepass.name/vdesk/terminal/urvpn.exe - no go & issue persists. Any workarounds? would downloading a package from admin-console and SMS push help?.
blacksan_10396Did you use the tool on the Firepass client download page to uninstall the vpn components? it is the same tool used to diagnose problems but it will also remove all components. It is worth a shot.- dbogdan_103839
