Error: Not Found SSL VPN Device

If client encounte the error "Not Found SSL VPN Device" when connect to vpn, i can not fix this error even delete and reinstall all modules, and only can fix this error by reinstalling windows OS. ...

Hi,

 

We had similar issue for our users in China. Tried https://firepass.name/vdesk/terminal/urvpn.exe - no go & issue persists. Any workarounds? would downloading a package from admin-console and SMS push help?.
