Error: Not Found SSL VPN Device

If client encounte the error "Not Found SSL VPN Device" when connect to vpn, i can not fix this error even delete and reinstall all modules, and only can fix this error by reinstalling windows OS. ...

Did you use the tool on the Firepass client download page to uninstall the vpn components? it is the same tool used to diagnose problems but it will also remove all components. It is worth a shot.
