error creating lync 2013 reverse proxy from iapp on APM

Hi I'm trying to create a new application on an APM for reverse proxying Lync 2013 connections, this VS will forward traffic to an LTM cluster.

 

When I try to create the application, I get the error "01070356:3: Least connection load balancing feature not licensed."

 

however, I'm not trying to add the load balancing component of the iapp as this will be done by the LTM cluster. Any ideas how to proceed? Thanks

    Sounds like you are using the standalone APM which has a "LTM Lite" license which doesn't support another other than RR and Ratio (or some subset of the regular LTM). I assume you have a VS pointed to the LTM Lync 2013 VS. Maybe you used a template or iApp that defaults to least connections. Did you assign this access policy you created to a VS on the APM? Check that VS's resource pool for a LB method.
