Error activating license

Hi

 

I bought a license F5-BIG-LTM-VE-LAB and I'm trying to activate throught the web but I'm getting the error below: Unable to grant license key: Error 51133, F5 registration key is not compatible with the detected platform - This platform

 

My virtual appliance is BIG-IP 10.1.0 Build 3341.1084 Final.

    Lab/VE's were v11, so you probably have to be running at least 11.0

    I suspect you've downloaded the BIG-IP "Trial" VE. If you've purchased a VE Lab license then you don't actually want to use the "Trial" version but the real BIG-IP code. Head over to https://downloads.f5.com and download the version that you want to use - I highly recommend one of the later 11.x versions. (Find a download -> BIG-IP v11.x / Virtual Edition (select your version) -> Virtual Edition -> then choose the files relevant to your favorite hypervisor.
