Endpoint Security Check for Client on APM
Hi APM expert,
I am using F5 APM for VMware VDI access. Currently i need to add the security feature for Endpoint Security check for the client side. I've check the APM policy for the Software Check for "Antivirus", it is allowed me to entry like Any "Platform", Any "Vendor ID" and Any "Product ID" where i need to ensure the "State" is Enabled amd "DB Age Not Older Than" 60 days and "Last Scan Time Not Older Than 30 days.
Will this be workable?

Hi Elvis,
we will take an example, suppose you set Software Check antiviruse like following:
- Platform: any
- Vendor ID : any
- Product ID: any
- state: enable
- DB Age Not Older Than(days): 60d
- Last Scan Time Not Older Than 30 d
So it will work but in this case you hava to be carrefull, if a user havec 2 antivirus activated (windows and avast for example), since you have select any in vendor ID F5 will check both and if one of your AV is not up to date you will be blocked even if the other one is up to date...
Hope it's clear. regards
