EM 3.1.1 Build 156.0 Hotfix HF8 - cannot use Statistics ( Analytics section ) of the connected BIG-IP

The BIG-IP 13.0.0 were successfully added to EM3.1.1 with its OM IP ( note that it is not possible for me to add BIG-IP Self-IP in EM due to routing limitation ) and also I can get the managed device statistics from the BIG-IP related to TMM but the thing is not working is the Analytics part which brings the below error while querying from EM :

 

"The selected devices are unreachable or don't have the monpd deamon in a running state"
