Download files through firepass

I've got a download site setup behind the firepass. I've set the site up via Intranet Webtop. When the user logs on, they see the correct site, but when they click on the download link it says 'web page cannot be found'. After looking at the link, it appears the download link is different than the initial page link. The encryption piece from the firepass has changed. I'm not sure if this has to do with caching on the firepass. Has anyone ran across this issue before?
