domain user account authentication

We have a web application that our users will have to log into.. These users are part of our AD domain. These users have to log into their machines to the domain when they start their day..     ...

So this is really a browser question, but yes if you are using IE, you should be able to configure it to pass the domain credentials that you logged into the machine with.
