I suppose you can do the following 

 
 when HTTP_REQUEST { 
   if { [HTTP::host] contains "old.com"} { 
     HTTP::redirect http://[getfield [HTTP::host] ".old.com" 1].new.com[HTTP::uri] 
   } 
 }
