Does REST API service needs to be enabled?

I need help if there are extra configurations that need to be done for the enablement of the REST API. I tried to access https:///mgmt/toc to test my access but failed to "You are not authorized to use this resource". Note the I already used the "admin".

 

I'm dealing with 11.5.4 and 12.1.2 versions.

    For what I know, you don't need to enable anything. Assuming you are importing the correct modules and using them correctly, you shouldn't have a problem.

     

    Could you share your code?
