    Thanks for the update. Its looks good for my requirement. And having a clarification on the icontrol.jar. If i have icontrol.jar with version 11.0, will it have the compatibility to work in all the version of BIG IP series devices(like backward compatibility) or do i need to have the jar respective of my F5 BIG IP device version.

     

    Note: I am having different version of BIG IP F5 devices and wanted to have single point of logic should work across all the flavors.

    There are a lot changes between version 9.x 10. an 11.x

     

    You should write an icontrol script that check f5 version and then use the appropriate command.
