The GTM rules use a different interface than the LTM ones. I'm working on ways to integrate them into the editor and have a working prototype but haven't finalized it up on the website yet. So, unfortunately the answer for now is no. I'll try to get some time to work on it in the next few weeks and I'll let you all know when it's updated.
Honestly, I was waiting until we got the GTM wiki documentation updated so maybe this request will help push that effort as well.
