Does clustered MQ works with BigIP?

Hi All, We have been trying to implement zero downtime deployment for JMS Applications using BigIP. We are looking for an iRule that routes traffic based on the JMS headers being passed.

Also - it should identify when one of the queues are down, messages should redirect to other active queues. Does clustered MQ works with BigIP. Please guide.
