DNS resolutions in GTM

We have a wideip configured with 2 pool members in the pool. So our requirement is to disable the existing poolmembers and to add a new IP/poolmember/VS into the pool and enable it. After these changes had been made we are still able to see DNS queries are resovling to IP address(old /disabled pool member). Can anyone assist in solving this issues.

    san, first thought, do you have persistence configured on the pool? you could also check persistence records by accessing the cli and typing "tmsh show gtm persist".

    Agree - First thoughts on this were the TTL settings associated with that A Record - Were you also querying the GTM directly, or through an intermediate DNS Server ?

     

    Is something "upstream" changing the TTL on the record ?
