DNS resolution against 3rd party non balancing host.

Hi,

I am used to the GTM<>LTM architecture, where  wideIP resolution is done over vrtual servers linked to the GTM layer.

My questions

1) Can I configure a gtm pool over hosts which are not part of the LTM VIP universe? Any KB/Manual for that?

2) In case it is possible, Is it possible to monitor those end servers from the GMT layer? How?

    Hi,

    The answer is Yes, but firt you have to add a new server inside your datacenter :

    Then you have to create manually the virtual servers and after add it into the GTM_Pool.

    Hope it´s Works.
