Is there any tag line to setup "display mixed content setting" in F5 for browser ?

You're talking about the Browser security restrictions and messages, correct? How about have all the content be HTTPS instead, offloading any non-ssl content through the F5?

Yes, That is a good to handle however we are facing technical issues in https implementation. As a workaround user need to enable this setting in the browser so have a thought rather than notify all users to enable this setting can we do something on F5 side. ( We did similar setting in F5 disable Compatibility view so thought if this also can be achieved similar to this )

No there is no way to do it from the server - it would defeat the purpose of the message which is to alert the user that the content is mixed. You either need to make it all HTTP or live with the message (not good user experience or good for your reputation).
Third-party adds tend to be the bane of HTTPS sites.....

I got the same problem but with SAP, I got a VS in HTTP but other resources are requested HTTP so are not asked to the page in right way
I´ve tried irule, policy, opening another VS but in http
the other restriction is that we´re using F5 for ssl offloading so configure one in a non-secure way is not option
