Display a user's failed login attempt count SSH

Assuming you are talking about logging into the CLI, there is no counter that I'm aware of, just a log of successful/failed attempts. You can send the logs to splunk (or some equivalent collector) and write a dashboard to do what you want, however...or just write a local script to collect that data and send it somewhere in an automated fashion.
