Disable VS based on the number of available pool members.

I have a case where I need to disable a VIP based on the number of members available in a pool. Basically we have 4 servers in a pool. When the number of available servers gets below 2 I want to have the VS become disabled. The reason I need the VS to become disabled is because I have a GTM making IP address decisions based on the status of the VS. So basically it is an active standby setup. If the first VS becomes degraded I want the GTM to start directing traffic to the second or standby VS.

 

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
