Differences beetwen hotfix - and enginnering hotfix

Hi All, could you tell me the differences beetwen Hotfix - and enginnering hotfix ? Many thanks in advanced.

This is very well covered in Life Cycle Policy. Unlike hotfix, engineering hotfix is not common.

Engineering hotfix is often available for Premium+ support availed customers only.
