Device certificate remewed

By mistakenly,I renewed the device certificate of F5 ltm.

 

Will it be creating any issue in future?bez I m worried what will be the impact of renewing the device certificate..

 

I checked the status of VIPs and these are green and traffics are going through..

 

Pls help!
