Sep 23, 2011Destination address affinity persistence
I am new to using BigIP F5 LTM. In session persistence i read following definition about "Destination address affinity persistence",
Destination address affinity persistence, also known as sticky persistence, directs requests for a certain destination IP address to the same server, regardless of which client made the request.
My question is destination IP address in "destination IP address to the same server" is for load balancer or load balanced server ?
Please respond.

I think as it is written "the same server". It wouldn't make sense to use this persistence feature if there was only one bigip. - Diptesh_22858

Server means the content servers which are load balanced.
