    It's recommended to use destination address affinity to load balance traffic across multiple ISPs. You can use the default profile or create a new one with a customized values , and assign that profile under the resource tab of your virtual server configuration.

Use Performance L4 , and uncheck "Address Translation" and "Port Translation" under VS's advanced configuration . Based on your network environment , you can configure the BIGIP to allow asymmetric traffic by configuring the fastL4 profile with the loose initiation and loose close options.
