i'm looking for a solution on the bigip without using icontrol, i heard about the ability to create a web page using irule, but creating the UI for updating only specific Data Group is a bit more complex

There is an iRule in the codeshare that demonstrates creating a webpage using iRule and storing some user inputs using the STATS profile.

However, manipulating a datagroup is a bit trickier.
