Customized page - how to deal with wrong logon

We have setup a customized portal (on a landing uri). It works fine until   the user enters wrong credentials: the user sees then the default Firepass   page (my.logon.php3) and it doesn't come ...

Hi~

 

This issue will be addressed in our upcoming 6.01 release (late February time frame). When doing customization, sometimes redirects from failures go to the root (index.php3) rather than the sandbox (my.logon.php3). We've updated the customization pages for the next release and should address your situation.
