Is it possible to customise the alerts to change the text you get?
For example I have overrided the Pool Member Availability monitor and generate alerts based on this.. but the alert is...

It'll give you the "how-to", but it may not go very deep into explaining the "why" behind the design and implementation, but feel free to ask any questions that you may have.
