Custom Start Screen

Does anyone know if it's possible to set the Start Screen (System››Preferences) to the login history page (System››Logins : History)? It isn't an option from the dropdown menu but if I use a Rest API...

It looks like the acceptable values are pretty limited, and em_custom_lists/device_list/device_monitor/task_list all refer to a grouping capability that is limited to the Enterprise Manager product.
