Currently I'm running BIG IP LTM 10.2.1 and wanted to upgrade 11.5.3

what percent of sucessfull upgradation chances. what challange may i face while upgrading and after. is it simple to roll back. Any know issue after upgradation.

I dont think there's a limit, it all depends on the space. The volumes can be created through tmsh --> create sys software create-volume.... The same goes for delete. If you have loaded up some images in some volumes, after certain set you might run out of space. From what I've seen in a normal HD, 1 - 4 partitions were easy as go.
