Currently I'm running BIG IP LTM 10.2.1 and wanted to upgrade 11.5.3

what percent of sucessfull upgradation chances. what challange may i face while upgrading and after. is it simple to roll back. Any know issue after upgradation.

It will not work. I went through a similar upgrade (10.2 --> 11.2 ---> 11.4) and I was advised by F5 to to a 2 part upgrade.

 

First upgrade to 11.2 then you can jump to 11.5.3.

 

There is a specific version you need to do on the 11.2 train, you would have to ask support but i dont think a direct upgrade will work. Just my opinion based on
