CRL Check and Application Error (shutdown)
Hello,
I've two others small issues with BigIP Client at my job, if somebody can help me:
CRL Check Error: In fact, BigIP client policy are configured to check CRL certificat of our F5 Appliance, BUT when we used BigIP client in "auto connect mode" on captive portal, the CRL check failed, because there is not web access, and users need to click on a Windows popup to validate (certificate can't be validate..). I'd like to know how this policy is configured on your F5 and if you have the same problem ?
cmd.exe application error when shutdown: When vpn is started and we want to shutdown the machine, we have always this error:
Thanks for your help !!

Are you an end user, or are you the APM admin?
I'm not sure that this "f5hiddendialerwindow" is actually part of the stock F5 client components. Perhaps this is some sort of customized launching solution that has been installed on the PC?

Hello Lucas, This process seems to be a part of BigIP Client "f5..", and this error occur only when vpn connection is up and we shutdown or reboot the machine. I did some research on my machine but I don't find anything in folders or registry.. Thanks

I also got the same "(Waiting for) f5HiddenDialerWindow" on shutdown on my Win7 Enterprise laptop. We use the Big-IP Edge client here. I also was unable to find it in the registry.
I am a bit surprised by Lucas' response. Surely, someone at f5 should be able to confirm or deny the existence of this process in their product. There is certainly no one at my site with the expertise necessary to customize f5's product.
I guess I take comfort in the fact that a Google search on f5HiddenDialerWindow turned up only this page and https://www.hybrid-analysis.com/sample/a3d220c3c74710901d9ad228debc19677ec04d40b2e229d6874614774f2fb8e7?environmentId=100
Still, it would be helpful to hear from an f5 resource that f5HiddenDialerWindow is a process originating from its product.
