  • you mean user at system > users > user list? can you try tmsh command?

    e.g.

    root@(B1600-R70-S28)(cfg-sync Standalone)(Active)(/Common)(tmos) create auth user test role admin shell bash prompt-for-password
    changing password for test
    new password:
    confirm password:
    
  • I should've mentioned via the UI. I click on System/Users/Create New user, I get all the settings and options but nothing where i can enter the password.
  • Thanks, thought I could add local users as well as remote authentication. Figured it out now with the help of the doco.
