Could someone please advise why when trying to create a user account I don't see the password window. I've logged in as administrator. LTM 3900 v11.2.1.

AltocumulusI should've mentioned via the UI. I click on System/Users/Create New user, I get all the settings and options but nothing where i can enter the password.
