Created user not appear under list

Hi all

 

I create new user under "User list" but it hasn't appear under common partition.While i create again "...user already exist under common partition" message appear, but i can not see this user under common partition. What could be cause of this ?

 

BIG IP LTM VERSION : BIG-IP 11.6.0 Build 3.36.412 Engineering Hotfix HF3

    I solved it. I logged into LTM on CLI after i runned this command.And the finally i can create on GUI and user appeard under common partition.

     

    admin@(LTM-1)(cfg-sync In Sync)(Active)(/Common)(tmos) delete auth user x
