Create and re-ip all existing virtual servers

So we have new IP blocks that we will need to re-ip the virtual servers. In short take the existing virtual server information and create a new virtual server and just change the name and IP. Leaving...

I'd recommend you just pull off a copy of the bigip.conf file from the command line, take out the VS configuration, modify it as appropriate and then use that as the implementation script.
