Create access rules for different users based on schedules with an APM?

Hi, I need to see if it is possible with an APM create access rules for different users based on schedules. For example if it is possible to have groups such as support and that support has a full tunnel all time. On the other hand, a sales group that has access to portals and tunnels application based on a time to 8-5, all access outside of these hours must be denied. Thanks.
