not sure where exactly you have this CPU diagram from. If I login to the F5OS, there is just the dashboard with no dedicated details and also the CPU section shows only the 4 vCPUs from the tenant:
In comparison to the r5600, where I can also see CPU statistics of the F5OS vCPUs:
And even if I check the statistics on the tenant, I don't see "your" format, just this:
