Count number of rejects when simultaneous sessions reach limit

Hello!

Device: big-ip ltm 1600 series. I have LB configured on it with limited connections.

The goal is to make monitoring with zabbix by SNMP. I have to count number of rejects when simultaneous sessions reach limit. And publish count of rejects to SNMP. Is it possibe?
