corrupted PDF/XLS file
Hi, we have the internet banking setup laying behind Citrix Application firewall and LTM, the site contains the customer account statement which can be downloaded as PDF or XLS files. Now the issue is whenever we use the LTM alone without the Citrix and VS configured with http profile along with oneconnect profile are enabled the users can download their account statement and/or view it, if the WAF is installed in front of the LTM the users are getting a corrupted file with no content and it is applicable on both XLS and PDF files. Can some one tell me what could be the issue and if you faced similar issues in the past what was the solution Thanx

- I would recommend calling Citrix for tech support on this. If their WAF is in front of LTM, and thing work just fine without it, then it is most definitely an issue with its configuration. As a side note, you can just enable Application Security Manager product(F5 WAF) on the LTM and solve the problem this way. :)
